Yesterday somebody said they would love to see my progression over the six years so I put together this photo timeline.
Top left where is I started.
Top middle I was down about 40 pounds and very disappointed that it didn’t look like that much to me.
Top right about 10 months in to my journey and about 4 months of consistently going to the gym.
Bottom left my lowest keto weight and “thinnest“ about 3 1/2 years in but not a lot of muscle or as strong as I am now.
Bottom middle thicker with more muscle and more fat.
Bottom right is where I’m at now.
Here’s a fun fact-the top right and bottom right I weigh the exact same. This is just one reason why I love lifting weights. It has taught me that the scale is not the only thing that matters.
