With your willingness we will create a personalized plan that will take you from where you are to where you want to be with your overall wellness and fitness goals.
I will help you set achievable goals for yourself and be there for accountability towards reaching those goals. It’s all about the small steps, regular support and guidance over time.
I am your partner not your boss - I will be your biggest support and guide you through your journey as much or as little that you need.
Think of me as your partner, guide and a member of your support team. I will help you to discover and use the tools and strategies to get you where you want to be. Working together, we will create nutrition, lifestyle and behavioral changes that are sustainable for YOU.
I will focus on the whole you. With your goals as the center, we will work on different areas of wellness that are all connected to your overall wellbeing. These include:
Real Food Nutrition (real food keto, low carb, lchf, paleo)
Eating disorder/food addiction recovery
Fitness, Exercise, and Rest
You and I can work together in different ways. We may work together in person (if you’re local), over the phone or Zoom, and even use daily texts and emails between coaching sessions to set goals and stay accountable with your goals and action steps.
