Staying hydrated is important, but don’t drown yourself in water and flush out your electrolytes. It’ll make you feel fatigued and/or lightheaded.

Carb withdrawal is real so make sure you don’t go grocery shopping while you’re hungry or you may be more likely to cave to impulse carb purchases.

Take a look at the food you have on hand and plan out two or three days of meals ahead of time. One of our danger zones that can cause us to go off plan is being unprepared when we are too hungry to make a good eating decision.
